We have created specially packaged tours for you, to experience as many facets and variety as possible, on your short visit to Tasmania.

Bottles of water are provided on these tours, professional guides, and lots of fun.

  • Pick-up from ship at arranged time. This tour gives as much variety as possible for an 8-hour visit to Hobart.
  • Mt Field National Park (Russell Falls), comfortable 40-minute walk through rainforest OR a drive to the summit of Mount Wellington for an unforgettable 360-degree view of the Island.
  • Enjoy an up close encounter with a Tasmanian Devil and other Tasmanian wildlife with your own personal guide at Bonorong Wildlife Park.
  • Visit Richmond Historic Village for refreshments, wander amongst Georgian history, including the oldest bridge, Catholic Church and Gaol in Australia. Locally made crafts and antique shops abound.
  • Your perfect day finishes with a tour of Battery Point circa1820, followed by a tour of Hobart's newest homes high above the river where a perfect photo of your ship can be taken to top off your visit to Hobart.
  • Bonorong and winery cost paid by client at visit. Option to drop off at Salamanca Place at appointed time, or back to ship.

2. Port Arthur Tour

  • Pick up from the Port Arthur Site Jetty
  • Visit Remarkable Caves. Drive around the coastline of Tasman Peninsula passing the sleepy fishing village of Nubeena, then Premaydena.
  • Lunch of local fresh seafood can be enjoyed at Eaglehawk Neck. Then visit the geological features and a final view of the Peninsula from a high Mountain look out. For the chocolate lovers there is a stop at Federation Chocolate for a tasting, before arriving back at Port Arthur.
  • Enjoy the last 2 hours of your day experiencing a guided tour of the Port Arthur Historic Site before re-boarding your ship.
  • A truly wonderful tour.

Vehicle Prices

  • Minibus 10 persons $880
  • Tarago 6 persons $660

If you are a smaller group, an ideal way to increase your numbers, is to advertise on your ship's electronic notice board. This seems to work very well.
