TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Let’s Show You Tasmania reserve the right to alter or change tour itineraries herein without notice. A minimum number of passengers or the equivalent rate is required for all tours to operate. Full payment or balance of payment is to be paid by the conclusion of the tour, unless other prior arrangements have been made.

All prices include GST, subject to change without notice. Payments to be made in cash unless other arrangements have been made. Credit card facilities are not available. Should clients wish to extend their tours, additional charges shall apply accordingly. Tailored itineraries developed prior to the commencement of the tour will incur an additional 5% administration fee. Changes to advertised tour itineraries will incur an additional 5% administration fee. Upon request, a 15% deposit is to be paid prior to the tour. If a tour is cancelled within 48 hours the deposit or part thereof will be retained. If the cancellation does not cause a loss of business, i.e. a replacement tour is booked, the cancellation fee shall not apply. All attention will be given if the tour needs to be rescheduled rather than cancelled. If Let's Show You Tasmania suffers a loss because of this rescheduling, a cancellation fee may still apply.

Subject to change, some discounts on entrance fees will be available to guests travelling with us. Meals, accommodation and entrance fees are not included in our pricing but will be made available on request. We assume no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accidents, incidents or delay to any person or property due to an act of negligence of or default of any hotel, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour or by an act of God.

Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, weather or other causes beyond our personal control. Please note that the persons, vehicles, establishments, places, attractions and other features depicted or described on this website may not be part of your actual tour depending on availability and circumstances.
